Return policy
We want you to be happy with your D100 dice purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.
- Before returning the product, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number and relevant problem description.
- The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer (unless the product is of poor quality or the wrong product was sent).
1. Return process
Submit a return request via service@d00dice.com and provide relevant order information.
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a return address.
Please return the product within 7 days of receiving the return address and provide the logistics tracking number.
After we receive and confirm the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
If the item you received is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photo or video evidence. We will provide you with a free replacement or full refund option.
3. Situations where returns are not supported
- Returns due to personal preferences (such as wrong color, size selection), but the product has no quality issues.
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Return requests after 30 days of purchase.
- Customized or personalized products, unless there are quality issues.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that the refund arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform, usually 5-10 working days.
